ShoppingBank.com has approx 1 million products from approx 1000 UK retailers. You can purchase products from more than 1 retailer in 1 single transaction. You can earn Cashback on 99% of these products.

How it works

We receive an amount of commission from our retailers when we generate them a sale, and we now pass a significant proportion of that amount on to you in the form of Cashback. Information about the specific value you can earn upon purchase of an item is displayed on the more information page. If you purchase items from several retailers, the total Cashback amount payable for your transaction will be shown on the first page of the checkout process.

You need to register at MyShoppingBank.com to create an account; it's completely free to join, and all we ask for is your name and email address.

When you sign up as a member of this site you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: and any additional or alternative terms, conditions, rules and policies in connection with the MyFaveShop.com website which are communicated to you. How Cashback works

MyFaveShop.com has direct relationships with merchants with whom we have negotiated commission rates. This is unlike the vast majority of other "cashback" schemes, which use affiliate links that are available to anyone. The commission we receive from the merchant for generating a sale for them is what we use to pay you cashback.

All cashback products are displayed in MyFaveShop Marketplace - this is a shopping centre allowing you to purchase approx 1 million products from approx 1,000 UK retailers. You can purchase products from more than 1 retailer if you wish in one easy checkout.

You do not pay a higher price for the product than if you buy the product directly from the merchant's web site.

To be eligible for cashback you must simply click though directly from the cashback product link provided on MyFaveShop.com then make your purchase within MyFaveShop Marketplace, using the same email address as your MyFaveShop.com log in.

Please note that if you link to the merchant's web-site then purchase the product via the merchant's own web-site you will not earn cashback. You must Add to Basket in MyFaveShop Market Place. You may of course visit the merchant's web site for more information and return to MyFaveShop Market Place to make your purchase and earn your cashback.

A cashback product is identifiable on MyFaveShop.com by a cashback logo (£ sign within a heart) alongside the text - "Buy now - earn £ x cashback".

In fact, any product with cashback available you purchase in MyFaveShop Marketplace will be displayed in your latest earnings activity providing you check out using the same email address that you use to log in to MyFaveShop.com

The legal stuff

Any offer of cashback for a transaction is made by MyFaveShop.com and not by its merchants. We receive an amount of commission from the merchant for generating the transaction and we pass a significant proportion of that amount on to you once we have received it. All matters surrounding the goods or services you purchase are exclusively between you and the merchant.

It is vital that you use the same email address to checkout in MyFaveShop Marketplace that you use to log in to MyFaveShop.com.

MyFaveShop.com is not liable for cashback not being awarded due to the fact that the user checks out using an email address different from his/her MfaveShop.com email address. Cashback will only be awarded to the same email address registered with MyFaveShop.com

Products where cashback is available are identifiable on MyFaveShop.com by a cashback logo (£ sign within a heart) alongside the text - "Buy now - earn £ x cashback"". Under no circumstances does this form a guarantee that you will receive any monetary amount as a result of your transaction.

Although we endeavour to ensure that the amount quoted for each product is accurate, we make absolutely no guarantee that the quoted amount of cashback at the time of your transaction will be the actual rate paid to you by MyFaveShop.com. Merchants may alter or withdraw commission rates at short or no notice, and MyFaveShop.com has no control over this.

Extra terms may apply to any purchases you make. These terms may contain important information relating to the product, which might affect your right to claim compensation or a refund. It is your responsibility to make a note of these and to ask for more details at the time of purchase if necessary. If you would like to receive a copy of any merchant's Terms and Conditions, please ask the merchant's customer service agents.

Payment Reporting and How you get paid

The estimated amount payable on each transaction you make will appear in Your latest earnings activity under the my cashback overview tab in each member's my cashback area. You only become eligible to receive an amount as cashback where we have receipt of the commission relating to your transaction from the merchant.

The possible statuses against each transaction are listed here with their meanings -

Tracked - MyFaveShop.com has tracked the user transaction but merchant has not yet validated it

Validated - Merchant has validated transaction and confirms they will pay cashback on it. This is usually on expiration of the statutory 14-day "cooling off" period.

Declined - Merchant will not pay cashback on transaction.

Received - Commission payment received by MyFaveShop.com from merchant for transaction.

Paid - Member's bank account has been credited for transaction by MyFaveShop.com.

If for any reason a transaction is reversed, cancelled or denied by you or the merchant you will not receive cash back for that transaction. Where for some reason the value of a transaction or commission amount is modified by a merchant the revised amount will become your entitlement. If a member believes the declined transaction has been reported by the merchant incorrectly they can query this by emailing customer.services@myfaveshop.com

We make our cashback payments once a month by BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services) or FPS (Faster Payments Service) on the last working day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) of each month. A payment will only be made to members with accounts in good order that have a balance due to them of £25 or greater. The balance due is calculated by totalling the cashback amounts of all transactions with a status of Received.

For economic reasons, BACS and FPS are the only payment methods used and it is your responsibility to ensure you have the complete and correct bank details registered in the My Payment Details under My Profile. Any BACS or FPS payments that fail due to missing or incorrect information will be rolled over to the next month's payment run.

Your Account

When you use the MyFaveShop.com website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the MyFaveShop.com website only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

You must direct all enquiries with respect to your cashback to MyFaveShop.com through the My Cashback area within your MyFaveShop.com user account

For your account to be considered in good order the following conditions must be met.
You must have a valid UK Bank Account with the ability to accept BACS or FPS receipts.
You must only have a single, member account at MyFaveShop.com and that account must only be being used for transactions personal to you. You may not use your MyFaveShop.com account for purchases made on behalf of other people.
Your account has not been, or is not associated or involved with any form of activity we consider to be abusive, fraudulent or otherwise damaging to the business we carry on.
You and your account must not have been involved with spamming or any other activity of a nature where you have caused MyFaveShop.com links to be published external to the MyFaveShop.com site for financial gain.
We have not otherwise determined that your account is invalid.

We may at our absolute discretion, summarily terminate your account where we reasonably suspect that your account is not in good order. We may also, at our absolute discretion, forfeit all accrued earnings associated with you or your account/s.

We conduct regular reviews of all MyFaveShop.com accounts. Where an account appears to be in our opinion inactive, we will attempt to contact you and may at our discretion terminate the account. Accrued earnings will be forfeit.

Third Party Links and Advertisements

The MyFaveShop.com web-site offers access to numerous third party web pages and content available over the Internet. MyFaveShop.com generally exercise no control over such third party content, web pages or websites. It is your responsibility to review and evaluate any such content, and any and all risks associated with the use of, or reliance on, such content rests with you. You agree that MyFaveShop.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your use of any third party website.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the MyFaveShop.com web site.

Jurisdiction and Disclaimer

This Agreement (Terms and Conditions) will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Although reasonable efforts are used to ensure that the product inforation and cashback amount displayed on MyFaveShop.com and/or MyFaveShop Marketplace is current, no assurance is given that the information is completely accurate in terms of price, availability or description.
